How do I determine my size?
BUST - Measure around the fullest part of your bust section.
WAIST - Measure around your natural waistline making certain you keep the measuring tape snug, but not extremely tight.
HIPS - Measure around the fullest part of your hips.
How do I find my appropriate size after making my selection?
Reference the size chart for each manufacturer. The size charts are located at the bottom of every page under our Customer Service category.
Find the size that corresponds to your measurements and make your selection from the drop-down menu in each product description.
(Hint ) If your size is in-between - we recommend choosing the larger size.
Record Your Sizes and reference them when making your selections.
Where do you ship?
We ship our formal dresses anywhere within the United States via UPS.
What are your store hours?
We are in the process of moving locations so our physical store hours are closed.
Our Internet Store is open 24 hours/7 days a week. We monitor our site throughout the day and promptly respond to all inquires via email at bellaboutiqueknoxville@gmail.com.
How long will it take for my order to arrive after making my purchase?
All (in-store items) will ship in 2-3 business days via UPS Service.
All (not in-store items) will be immediately ordered from the manufacturer. Your order will be processed and shipping information can be sent to you when requested.
What if the item I order isn't in stock?
If the item you order isn't in our store stock, we will contact the manufacturer directly in attempt to special order the gown. If the gown is in stock from the manufacturer, and we can assure ourselves we can deliver it to you by your wear date, we will proceed with the order. In instances where the item is not available, we will promptly contact you with other options or to void the online order. We will not collect any funds unless the dress ordered is in stock.
What is your return policy?
Due to the nature of our business we are unable to process any returns, exchanges, or issue store credits for merchandise purchased through our online or physical store location.
All of our merchandise is carefully packaged and inspected prior to shipment.

Can I track my shipments online?
We can provide package tracking information that is provided to us by the shipping carrier when requested.
What is your Low Price Guarantee?
Should you find a lower price on the exact same item we carry in our online store or physical store location - we will match the price. This applies only to in stock, non-sale, non-clearance formalwear merchandise for the same style #, color, & size offered.
The price must be verifiable by providing us with the URL of the exact same item being offered at a lower cost by an authorized retailer for that manufacturer.
This offer doesn't include previous purchased merchandise.
Do you have a physical store location?
We are in the process of moving locations so our physical store location is closed. However, you can shop online 24/7 here on our website.
What are your shipping charges?
***Shipping charges for online orders within the continental US for formal dresses are as follows-
UPS Ground- FREE on orders $100 or more (online orders only)
UPS 3 Day Select (Delivery by the end of the third business day) $60.00
